Tommy Seaham Blue Sky – Box Frame – Ceramic Tile – Gift
Ray Lonsdale's sculpture Eleven 'O' One, known as Tommy, became a permanent part of Seaham's seafront in 2014 after a community fundraising campaign. The seated soldier reflects on the First World War and the moments following the Armistice. A blue sky and soft warm light frame the seated soldier in this calm coastal portrait.
One 11 × 11 inch (28.4 × 28.4 cm) solid white wood box frame, 20 mm wide and 33 mm deep, supplied with a white mount and glass. The frame can be wall mounted or displayed freestanding using the strut on the back.
The 8 × 8 inch ceramic tile in the centre appears to float above the background and is mounted 10 mm from the white backing board.
The item will arrive securely packaged for safe delivery.
