Prebends Cottage Durham – Box Frame – Ceramic Tile – Gift
Prebends Cottage served as a gatekeeper's cottage beside Prebends Bridge in Durham. Set among the cathedral's wooded riverbanks, it recalls the historic routes linking the city peninsula with the opposite bank of the River Wear. This photograph shows the small stone cottage nestled among trees and autumn foliage.
One 11 × 11 inch (28.4 × 28.4 cm) solid white wood box frame, 20 mm wide and 33 mm deep, supplied with a white mount and glass. The frame can be wall mounted or displayed freestanding using the strut on the back.
The 8 × 8 inch ceramic tile in the centre appears to float above the background and is mounted 10 mm from the white backing board.
The item will arrive securely packaged for safe delivery.
